2. Privacy & Data Processing (Offline-First Commitment)

Chiza Labs is committed to user privacy through our offline-first architecture. For applications such as Calon, Cyber Hygiene, and CutCam, we design our software to process data locally on your device. We do not harvest, sell, or transmit your personal health data, passwords, or facial recognition meshes to external servers unless explicitly stated and opted-in by you (e.g., cloud backups).

3. Medical and Health Disclaimer (Calon App)

The Calon application is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Calon app.

4. Experimental and Beta Software (The Lab)

Certain applications and features provided by Chiza Labs, particularly those listed under the "Lab" or marked as "Prototype," "Concept," or "Alpha/Beta," are experimental in nature. They are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that these applications will be free from bugs, crashes, or data loss.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chiza Labs software to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our proprietary AI models or offline databases (e.g., Neuron's SQLite architecture) without explicit permission.
• Distribute modified or malicious versions of our applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chiza Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through in-app notifications. Continued use of our applications following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
